Dear family and friends,

I am sending you this letter to inform you that my mother, Myrtle, passed away at the Christian Community Home in Hudson on September 8th, 2003 at 6:15 PM. She passed away peacefully, asleep in her bed without distress or pain.

In honor of my mom's wishes, prior to her death, her body has been cremated and we will not be having a formal funeral service. Instead, we will be having a gathering to "Remember and Celebrate" her life.

This will take place on Saturday, September 20th, 2003 from 1PM to 4PM with a prayer service and sharing time around 2PM in the cafeteria at:
