Our 1917 REO Speedwagon was donated to Post 6785 by Delores Parrish, wife of the late Tom Parrish. Mr. Parrish was working to restore this wonderful vehicle to working condition. As you'll see, Mr. Parrish found the vehicle in a dilapidated state, however that did not stop his desire to bring back it's luster. Our Post acquired the vehicle from Mrs. Parrish in the Summer of 2001. After nearly 6 months and untold man-hours, restoration was completed in time for Veterans Day, 2001 due in large part to the skilled craftsmanship of one of our most dedicated members, Mr. Lloyd Hall.
